Desirable Decorations
As Valentine's Day draws closer, my obsession with the colour combination of pink and red goes through the roof. The kitschy paraphernalia that starts to surround us is right up my street, and while I was looking through our products deciding what to feature in our Valentine's edit, these 9716 sequin heart motifs instantly stole my heart.
As you can see from the images below, they formed the backbone of my inspiration this year, leaning into the fun, cute side of this holiday. I also decided to do a bit of a collab with our sister company, The Trimming Company who's pale pink pillbox hat and fuchsia pink beret were the perfect companions to these cute little motifs.
I love the concept of crafting at Valentine's Day, be it making a card or gift for the one you love, or taking the time to create something whimsical for yourself. When it's dark and miserable outside, having an excuse to have fun and be creative is often very much needed.
